Where we ship

We ship to Europe, United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Available countries and the exact shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Domestic and regional deliveries typically arrive in 2–5 business days; international deliveries in 5–12 business days.
• Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Shipping costs

Costs depend on destination and order value and are displayed at checkout. Many of our stores offer free shipping above a threshold shown on the product page.

Duties and taxes

Prices include VAT or sales tax where applicable. For some international destinations, import duties may be charged by the carrier on delivery; where that applies, it is stated at checkout.

Problems with a delivery

If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email info@astronara.com with the order number. We will trace it with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it cannot be delivered.
